RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE. * Must be authorized by Custom Parts before returning. Call us at 423-257-6800. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense. * Must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. No returns after 30 days will be accepted. * SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, NOT ORDERED VIA OUR ADVERTISED ITEMS ON OUR WEB PAGE, PART NUMBERS FROM OWNERS MANUALS OR THE ONLINE DATA BASE ARE NOT RETURNABLE. * Merchandise items must be in new condition, in its undamaged original packaging. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.. * RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE. * ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED BY E-MAIL. Also, we can not accept any electrical merchandise, Gaskets, Seals & Bearings for exchange. A Personal Note: Dear Valued Customer: Our goal is your 100% satisfaction.
