Custom Parts' Returns Policy

  • No returns are allowed on electrical components. All sales are final on ignition systems, batteries, etc.
  • Custom Parts must receive your returned part within 30 days from the date you received the shipment in order to qualify  for a refund of the full price you paid for the part. 
  • Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 
  • In the event that more than 30 days have passed, we do accept returns for an additional 60 days with a 25% restocking fee. 
  • No returns are accepted after 90 days from the date you receive your order. 
  • Custom Parts, Inc. will process your return and apply the appropriate refund to the credit card initially used to pay for the order. 
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs on returned items.
  • ALL RETURNED PARTS must be in new, un-used, un-installed and re-saleable condition. If we can't sell it to another customer as a new part, it cannot be accepted as a return.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for processing returns
