Hi-Lo Shifter eccentric - Horse tillers.
IF YOU HAVE A HORSE I OR II - 1027 and 1027A eccentrics used 2 o-rings and a shifter fork inside the transmission. The 1027A is discontinued, with the only available alternative being the updated 611-04003, which uses a shoe pin which rides inside of the slider gear in the transmission (in place of the shifter fork). To update your tiller you will need: 1442 shoe pin, 611-04003 eccentric, 1441 spring, 1440 washer, and 9611 (CP9622) eccentric seal.
